The company was founded in 2003 as an independent subsidiary of Croatian Railways with all business functions in order to maintain the rolling stock in Croatia.

It operates in 14 locations in the Republic of Croatia in the activities of maintenance of vehicles that are organized in plants and workshops, and 21 locations in the activities of cleaning and care of railway vehicles.

Technical services rolling TSŽV d.o.o. are a company that provides maintenance services of electrical and diesel locomotives, electrical and diesel multiple, cleaning and maintenance of railway vehicles, services intervention on the lines of the Croatian with extra trains. The Company is 100% owned by Railways Passenger Transportation.

The predominant part of the company's business relates to the provision of routine and periodic maintenance of rolling stock, as follows: service examinations, check-ups, regular repairs, cleaning and washing vehicles.

Also the company provides additional services such as: turning the wheel rolling without lacing, removal of the vehicle as a result of accidents and transportation of railway vehicles extra trains, manufacturing brake shoes made of composite materials and others.
